Winter

For those of you wondering, "Yes!", I am still baking bread and I still have honey available.
The normal winter baking day is Wednesday. If Wednesday doesn't work for you, just give me a call or send me an e-mail and we can make arrangements.
Spelt, Honey-Whole Wheat, and Vanilla-Raisin seem to be the most requested winter breads. They are all organic of course.
A fresh loaf of bread and a thick bowl of soup make a great meal during these cold, snowy days of winter.
